We love Chelsea’s style and approach. Our initial consultation was clear and direct – even with it being face time. We walked away knowing exactly what we should do and more importantly WHY we should do it. I also love that she is completely approachable and open to follow up texts with quick questions or a phone call if needed! Our quality of life has improved now that our son is sleeping easier and longer and we are able to be our best selves and enjoy him to the fullest ☺Since working with Chelsea and implementing her plan we are now able to get our son down and asleep for the night around 7:15/7:30 in the evening allowing my husband and I to have a nice adult dinner and catch up.

We had gone almost five years with only a handful of nights when all of our kids slept through the night. We had tried several routines and methods, but none of them stuck or we gave up because we didn’t see results. Our main goal was to get our kids to stay in their beds all night long, waking up at a decent hour for the morning. We have very early risers who would be up for the day between 4:45am and 5:30am. After working with Chelsea our kids have consistently slept through the night for the last few weeks! One of our three year olds used to wake 5-8 times a night and she is now one of my best sleepers. We also transitioned our babies from their cribs to twin beds because they started to climb out and with Chelsea’s coaching the transition was so smooth.

Our goals were to complete night-weaning, remove our baby from co-sleeping, and move him into his shared room with his sister! I liked Chelsea’s straightforward approach – I was able to ask clear questions and receive clear answers. I also loved her availability especially during the first difficult days of enforcing a new plan. This program has literally CHANGED OUR LIVES! My son is better rested, better at coping with wakings, sleeping on his own, and our kids are sharing their room at night perfectly now! My husband and I have our room and bed back and are getting a full night sleep, making us better parents during the days! Having the tools I need to get us back on track if we have “off” days is so helpful.

Before hiring Chelsea, I was constantly wondering, when do I feed next? When will he sleep through the night? Enter Chelsea. Sleep consultant extraordinaire. What a lifesaver! We had a 2-hour consult where both my husband and I worked with Chelsea to get a schedule that worked for both of us. We listened to her advice and weaned him off the night feed. In 3 nights he was sleeping through the night! We are so happy that we hired Chelsea. I’m a planner by nature and having a schedule and a mediator was so helpful to us. Especially with all of the opinions us parents deal with on a daily basis, it’s nice to have someone who knows the science behind sleep and child development. I’m happy we can now say ‘this is our schedule’ and stick to it confidently.

I first met Chelsea while I was taking the Leaping into Toddlerhood course at Modern Milk about 6 months ago. I was having issues figuring out how to get Vivienne weaned off her bottle and anticipating some changes in the near future. As of a couple weeks ago, we officially potty trained our 2.5 year old and I honestly wouldn't have been able to do it without the help and encouragement of Chelsea. She not only gave us the tools to succeed, but also personally analyzed the process, pointing out even our smallest successes. Chelsea provides a service tailored to the family – accounting for siblings, size of home, schedule, parents’ comfort, baby’s own feeding and sleeping needs, etc. In addition to the sleep training, she had great suggestions and information on baby products/toys, family structure/schedule, and discipline. I think Chelsea went above and beyond! A big THANKS to Building Blocks for an effective program, and to Chelsea for being understanding of my own personal comfort.

Working with Chelsea gave me exactly what I was hoping for–more sleep (for me and our daughter!) and a predictable routine. Chelsea has a great balance between being a strong and confident coach and being flexible to unique parenting styles. Traveling, time changes, growth spurts and a move from her bassinet to her crib have all come and gone and through Chelsea’s guidance, and Chelsea made sure we were prepared and confident to handle each transition with very little disruption to our family’s routine.

Chelsea was very approachable and made it more than clear she was available to help at any time. Through Chelsea’s teachings, our son was able to develop a consistent schedule, which has drastically improved his afternoon/evening disposition! Chelsea was gentle in her approach but had a great deal of confidence in what she was teaching. I really needed reassurance throughout this process and she gave me that. Chelsea was my cheerleader! In the end Chelsea gave us the confidence to make smart decisions for our child. We don’t fear bedtime or naptime anymore because we know that Connor is capable of putting himself to sleep.
